Green on Green

Dougherty Valley High School has a 2,800-seat outdoor stadium and an all-weather track, two baseball fields, two softball fields and eight lighted tennis courts. The football field is complete with bleachers, light for night games, a modern press box, synthetic turf and rubber track. In addition, the main gymnasium has 1,300 seats and the school’s aquatic center has a 50-meter Olympic pool and locker facilities. The athletic facilities are outstanding which gives the high school the feel of a small upscale college.
