KIPP Academy Lynn

Arrowstreet is the architect for a new middle and high school in Lynn, Massachusetts. The 70,000 gross-square-foot school will serve approximately 750 middle and high school students in grades 5-12. The school will be located on a challenging hilltop site. The design will be cost effective, energy efficient, and environmentally sustainable. This fast-tracked project anticipates a fully operational new facility by August 2012. The project was awarded by Massachusetts' Designer Selection Board.
