As the number one requested site to play football in the state, the Mount Tahoma High School grandstand and athletic field is recognized for its unique aesthetic appeal. Oriented to take advantage of the spectacular Mount Rainier view, the design carries on the school-wide theme of bridge-like suspension and towering elements. Red lights atop the spires create an airport runway lighting effect while use of concrete masonry units adds collegiate appeal.
