Exterior Finishes at Verdigris Early Childhood Center

Working within a minimal project budget, the exterior façade utilizes mortarless masonry veneer. This natural stone manufactured masonry panel system acts as a weather screen and requires 1/6 the installation time of a typical masonry wall system. Corrugated steel panels provide a simple solution for color, depth, and scale, depicting the classroom placements throughout the building. Simple low-E glazing aluminum windows of different sizes and heights give a playful appearance and relate to early age of children being educated in this facility.
