Windows Into the Soul of the School

Generous inclusion of exterior windows in a new elementary school is the norm, but often, the transparency stops there. By placing child-height windows in classroom doors, and providing borrowed lights--interior windows linking classrooms and corridors-- HMFH creates bright, welcoming spaces throughout its schools.
