Recipe for Success

As part of a district-wide facility master plan, Freehold Regional High School District strengthened specialized programs, creating pseudo-magnet schools for each student. Freehold Regional High School focused on enhancing their Culinary Arts program through the development of an enhanced kitchen, dining area, and a student-run café. The 5-Star Café was a key element of the school that involved the conversion of an existing cafeteria to a working café and catering operation. The 5-Star Café hosts public events and provides daily food service to both students and the public.
