Yesterday we celebrated our three year anniversary at Schooldesigner.com ! Wow! The highlight of the past year was probably being featured in Architect magazine.(October 2008 issue - magazine version is much nicer). Secondly was the fun and excitement we had with our annual design competition (collabetition).
Well, I am pleased to announce the 3rd Annual SchoolDesigner Collabetition and the First Annual CollegeDesigner Collabetition - where collaboration and competition meet! These design competitions are like no other educational design competitions and here is why:
1. This is the second year we are having an online judging process so that everyone can vote for the projects they deem worthy. Schooldesigner will host the online voting for k-12 school projects and CollegeDesigner.com will host higher education entries.
2. While Schooldesigner remains committed to promoting high-quality K-12 school design, we have developed a companion site, Collegedesigner.com. This year there is a separate entry form for Higher Education projects. Click here to submit your higher education project to the First Annual CollegeDesigner Collabetition.
3. We have kept our entry fees low and there are no additional publication fees. So, winners get published on our websites at no additional cost. Members even receive a discount !
Spread the word. our third year may prove to be the best ever! And don't forget: Your chances of winning greatly increase if you actually submit a project!
